Kevin has over 40 years’ experience in the Financial Planning Industry and is the Senior Financial Planner of Dunphy-Molloy & Associates – IPC Investment Corporation. Kevin holds the designations of Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) and Certified Executor Advisor (CEA) and is currently serving a two-year term on the Investment Planning Counsel’s National Advisory Board.

Over the years Kevin has been involved in numerous charity & community projects; however, one of his proudest accomplishments was serving a four-year term as Chair of the Board for Special Olympics Newfoundland and Labrador, and watching our athletes meet their goals while our province hosted the National Winter Games.

Kevin is the proud father of two daughters and three grandchildren.

Lauren joined Dunphy-Molloy & Associates - IPC Investment Corporation in 2021 in the role of Executive Assistant. After working for 10 years in retail banking services she felt it was time for a change. Lauren brings a wealth of experience in investments, debt restructure and mortgages as well as a strong commitment to client service and being a supportive member of our team.

Lauren has been married to her husband Jari for over 10 years and they have two young children, Lacey and Bryce. As a family they all love spending time in their backyard with family friends and of course their dog Lilly. Lauren is committed to “work-life balance” always giving 100% at work and at home.

JoAnne has recently joined Dunphy-Molloy & Associates Ltd and has extensive experience in the Financial Services Sector and banking. With an emphasis on Financial Planning, she has continued to remain focused on her intention to understand client needs and is committed to helping them achieve financial goals through holistic planning and advice that will ensure financial success for years to come.

Currently JoAnne is working toward her Life License and Certified Financial Planner designation as it will allow for a more holistic approach to informed financial decisions. JoAnne has recently realized her own lifelong dream of owning a home on the ocean, with her Golden Retriever, Maggie, and her husband Doug in beautiful Colliers.  The pursuit and the realization of the dream was the catalyst to drive her to want to help others in the same way.

JoAnne is blessed with a daughter, a grand-puppy and an extended family of Stepdaughter, Step-Son and 3 beautiful grandchildren.

Bailey is our new Office Manager she started here with us in May 2024. Bailey Graduated from Business Management at the College of North Atlantic in April 2021.

She has been in the finance industry since she completed her studies. In her role, she is dedicated to empowering those around her with knowledge and kindness.

Bailey is equally dedicated to both her professional career and home life. Outside of work, you'll often find Bailey cozied up with a good book either on the couch or on her back patio, enjoying the quiet moments. She also cherishes spending time with her American Bully, Tank, and engaging in home projects with her significant other, Cameron.

Angela Pearce has worked in the financial services industry for many years, with extensive experience in banking and mortgage solutions. She has built a robust career in financial services, where she has developed a keen understanding of market dynamics and client needs.

Passionate about empowering individuals and families to achieve their financial goals, Angela believes in the importance of clear communication and education in fostering strong client relationships. Outside of her professional pursuits, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her two adult children, which further enrich her approach to both life and work.

Chelsea Kirby is a dedicated employee with a passion for delivering exceptional client service. As of September, she brings her expertise to Dunphy Molloy and Associates, where her focus remains on providing outstanding service and support.

Outside of her career, Chelsea enjoys reading, a pastime that fuels her love for learning and personal growth. She also treasures spending quality time with her significant other, often taking road trips back to Grand Falls to unwind and connect with family and friends.
